WalkPunch collects account, project, uploaded-media, punch-list, vendor, billing, and support information needed to operate the service.

Uploaded Media

Walkthrough videos and extracted project information are used to generate and manage punch-list items, exports, vendor assignments, and related workflow features.

Videos and evidence frames are stored as private objects. Access is provided through time-limited links or secure delivery links. Do not upload material you lack permission to record or process.

AI and Service Providers

We use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, payments, transcription, and AI-assisted extraction. Relevant content may be sent to these providers solely to operate the requested feature. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed.

Use, Retention, and Deletion

We use operational data to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve WalkPunch. Project data is retained while your account or project is active and for reasonable backup, security, and legal periods afterward. Deleting a project removes it from normal product access; backup copies may expire on a delayed schedule.

Vendor Communications

When you send a trade packet, WalkPunch emails the vendor you selected and records delivery, viewing, reminder, and completion status. You are responsible for having a legitimate business reason to contact that vendor.

Your Choices

You may edit or delete projects in your account and contact us through the site for account-access or deletion requests. Billing is handled by Stripe; WalkPunch does not store full payment-card numbers.
