These Terms govern your use of WalkPunch, operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. By uploading walkthroughs, creating punch lists, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

Project Content

You are responsible for videos, photos, notes, vendor data, and project information you upload. WalkPunch helps organize walkthrough findings, but you remain responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

AI Drafts, Not Inspections

WalkPunch produces a review-ready draft from narration and project context. It is not a building inspection, engineering opinion, safety certification, code-compliance determination, or guarantee that every issue was found. You must verify descriptions, priorities, assignments, evidence, and completion status before acting on or distributing them.

Permissions and Vendor Messages

You represent that you have permission to record the property, upload the content, store vendor contact details, and send work packets. Secure completion links are capability links; recipients should not forward them.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Features, limits, and pricing are those shown at checkout or in your account.

One-time walkthrough purchases provide one processing credit and do not renew. A credit consumed by a final system processing failure is restored automatically. Free walkthrough use is lifetime account usage and is not restored by deleting a project.

Availability and Changes

Processing times and AI results vary with video quality, narration, duration, and third-party availability. We may modify features to improve reliability or security. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular construction outcome.
